Educational Qualification & Experience:
Option 1:
- Ph.D. in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Textile Sciences, or Textile/Apparel Management from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the public and/or private sector.
- Proven experience related to government policies and programs in the textile and apparel sectors.
OR
Option 2:

Important Instructions
- Recruitment will be made under the MP Scales Policy, 2020 issued by the Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan vide O.M. No. 1/3/2022-E-6/E-8 dated 24-05-2021 (as amended from time to time).
- Appointments will be made on a contract basis initially for three (03) years.
- The contract may be extended for a maximum period of two (02) additional years, on an annual basis, subject to satisfactory performance.
- Detailed Job Descriptions (JDs) and Terms of Reference (TORs) for each position are available on the Ministry of Commerce website.
