1. Manager Accounts (01 Position)

  • Pay Scale / Remuneration: Lumpsum Pay Package
  • Required Qualification: M.Com / MBA or an equivalent degree.
  • Required Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant corporate sector experience, specifically within a housing society or a land management unit.
  • Alternative Criteria: Open to WAPDA retired officers of Accounts & Finance who served in BPS-18 or above (with at least 05 years of experience specifically as a Senior Accounts Officer in BPS-18).

2. Security Officer (01 Position)

  • Pay Scale / Remuneration: Lumpsum Pay Package
  • Age Limit: 50 to 55 years (Up to 55 years for police officers)
  • Required Qualification & Experience: * Retired Army Officer holding the rank of Major or Captain with a minimum of 10 years of exemplary military service.
    • OR a retired DSP (Police) with a minimum of 10 years of exemplary service.
    • Must possess 2 to 3 years of direct experience managing security for large institutions or prominent housing societies.

3. Sr. Superintendant (01 Position)

  • Pay Scale / Remuneration: Lumpsum Pay Package
  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (Up to 65 years for retired government officials)
  • Required Qualification: BA from a recognized university along with functional computer skills.
  • Required Experience: Minimum 07 years of experience in dealing with administrative operations and general service matters.
  • Alternative Criteria: Open to retired WAPDA or Government officers who have an extensive background in administrative services.

4. Imam-cum-Khateeb (03 Positions)

  • Pay Scale / Remuneration: BPS-12
  • Age & Marital Status: Married individuals, aged between 30 to 35 years.
  • Required Qualification: Hafiz-e-Quran / Qirat certification, Shahadat-ul-Almiya, and an M.A. in Islamiat from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Required Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

5. Sub Engineer (Civil) (02 Positions)

  • Pay Scale / Remuneration: BPS-11
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
  • Required Qualification: Matriculation coupled with a 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering (1st Division).
  • Required Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

6. Sub Engineer (Electrical) (01 Position)

  • Required Qualification: Matriculation paired with a 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical Engineering (1st Division).
