Internship Details & What It Offers

This program goes beyond a standard internship by embedding participants directly into the core units of the Environment Protection and Climate Change Department (EPCCD). Selected interns will benefit from:

  • Financial Support: A competitive monthly stipend of Rs. 60,000 for the 3-month duration.
  • Merit-Based Selection: A completely automatic, transparent, and merit-based selection process.
  • Advanced Learning: Access to a state-of-the-art Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Geographical Reach: District-wise placement opportunities to ensure widespread learning.
  • Certification: UNFCCC Certification integrated as a core part of the program.
  • Field & Unit Exposure: Practical experience within EPA Field offices, as well as EPCCD’s Strategic, Development, Communications, and Climate Policy Units.
  • Project Work: Completion of industry-relevant Capstone Projects.
  • Inclusivity: 50% of the total seats are strictly reserved for female students.
