- Candidates must bring their original educational documents, Detailed Marks Sheet (DMC), Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or Smart Card/B-Form, Domicile certificate, and passport-size attested photographs to the Selection Center during verification and tests.
Selection Procedure
- Intelligence & Academic Tests: Candidates will undergo initial computerized intelligence tests followed by academic examinations in English, Physics, and Mathematics (relevant to the specific trade). Medical Assistant applicants will additionally take a Biology test.
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT) Standards:
- 1.6 km Run: To be completed in 8 minutes (Pass score = 15 points)
- Push-ups: 20 repetitions in 2 minutes (Pass score = 3 points)
- Sit-ups: 20 repetitions in 2 minutes (Pass score = 3 points)
- Chin-ups: 3 repetitions in 2 minutes (Pass score = 4 points)
- Further Testing: Candidates who clear the initial benchmarks will undergo medical assessments, psychological screenings, and interviews conducted by the Selection Board.
- Final Merit List: The final selection will be determined strictly based on merit and performance across all evaluation stages. Training for selected candidates will commence at Kohat.
