Terms and Conditions

  • Screening Test Criteria: Candidates must have successfully cleared the IBA Sukkur Testing Service (STS) Graduation Category General Screening Test with a minimum score of 40% and must possess the certificate issued by STS.
  • Age Calculation: The age of the applicant will be calculated based on the closing date of the application as per Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (relaxation of upper age limit) Rules, 2024.
  • Age Relaxation: A general relaxation of 05 years in the upper age limit is applicable as per the notification issued by the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department (SGA&CD) No. SO-II (SGA&CD) 5-14/ dated March 5, 2025.
  • Government Employees: Candidates already in government service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department before applying and present the original NOC at the time of the interview.
  • Appointment Rules: Initial appointments will be made strictly in accordance with the laws, rules, and policies of the Government of Sindh.
  • Regulatory Act: These appointments are governed under the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and the rules framed thereunder.
