- Experience:
- Minimum of 03 years of banking experience, out of which at least 02 years must be in credit administration and/or loan processing and/or banking operations.
- Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Sound knowledge of commercial and SME financing, credit administration, and review of legal documentation/pledge operations.
- Professional exposure to collateral and risk monitoring/reporting.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.

- Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- Assist in scrutinizing Sanction Advice / Facility Offer Letters (FOL) in accordance with the Credit Approval Authority Booklet (CAAB) and Shariah guidelines.
- Support the preparation of standard documentation (IBs) for Corporate, Commercial, SME, and Agriculture accounts.
- Prepare Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DAC) for approved banking facilities.

- Conduct in-house visits to Pledge sites and coordinate for outsource inspections of pledged stocks.
- Provide active support in reviewing outsourced stock inspection and valuation reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Record and maintain complete facility details in the system, including collateral, takaful, and related information.
- Assist in monitoring covenants, condition precedents, and post-disbursement compliance for assigned portfolios.
- Track and escalate breaches, exceptions, or deviations to the appropriate authorities.

- Compute exact final settlement amounts with high accuracy, preparing office notes for competent authority approval following strict due diligence.
- Liaise with all Groups/Regions for waiver of notice period recommendations and approvals.
- Coordinate with Regional Offices, Branches, and Groups to settle outstanding HBF (House Building Finance) and MCF loans.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure recovery of all dead stock items from exiting staff and obtain relevant confirmation from all internal stakeholders.
- Issue resignation acceptance letters in a timely manner.
- Process recovery instruments (cheques / pay orders) received from ex-employees and route them to Finance for SAP Profile posting.
- Maintain detailed correspondence with Sr. HRBP, Group Admin, Regional Offices, and Branches regarding exit cases.
- Coordinate closely with HRISW / SAP team to stop payroll or recover excess bonuses/allowances via SAP HCM.
- Process final settlement of contractual termination, dismissal, contract expiry, and deceased staff cases.
- Contribute actively to process improvement initiatives and HR system automation.
- Execute additional Departmental, Wing, or Divisional tasks assigned by the Management.
