All candidates must apply online through the ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk).
CNIC Verification: After creating the profile and before depositing the fee for any post, candidates must print the ETEA Slip/Fee Deposit Slip and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA e-Sahulat kiosk. Without NADRA verification, candidates will not be able to apply.
Filling Online Form: Interested candidates may visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the post online. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fees.
Fee Deposit: After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online fee deposit slip (having token number, Project Code, & candidate’s personal information) will be generated. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed fee (non-refundable) through EasyPaisa App or Agent or at any branch of UBL.
Keep Original Slip: Safe preservation of the original candidate copy (fee deposit slip) having bank deposit stamp with yourself is mandatory; do not send it with any application.
No Documents Required at Application Stage: After applying online, do not send documents / testimonials to ETEA. Copies of testimonials / documents will, however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slips. No Separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through post/courier services.

Terms & Conditions

Provisional Admission: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the information provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Appointing Authority, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, profile will be disqualified.
Governing Rules: The service of the candidates will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 including its amendments and Regulations of the Institution.
Scrutiny Verification: Continuous qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be considered for relevance in terms of eligibility criteria.
Experience Calculation: Candidates should be eligible in all respects including qualification (degree and diploma), experience (only post-qualification experience will be considered which is duly issued by either the Administration / Human Resources or Establishment department of the institution concerned with proper reference and date of issuance), age (calculated as on last date of the advertisement) before the closing date of the advertisement.
Disqualification Criteria: The following applications will be subject to disqualification and will not be entertained:
- Candidates with unverified credentials/proof of the entry in documentation/inaccurate/misleading or any stage of the process is discovered.
- Attempts to obtain support for his/her candidature by inappropriate means.
- From a qualification before a degree/diploma, the submission of a master degree / transcript / DMC / degree course completion certificate will lead to application rejection and same shall, therefore, be rejected.
Government Servants: Candidates already in government service should apply through the proper channel, along with NOC from the concerned organization, clearly stating the length of service and other particulars. In case of appointment, the candidate will become a full-time, institutional employee and will have to resign from his/her existing employment with any other public/private body entity national or foreign, including but not limited to civil service of Pakistan.
Canvassing: Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the candidate. The decision of the selection committee will be final, subject to approval by the Competent Authority / Board of Governors.
Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
Finality of Decision: All final decisions/correspondence regarding the process will be final.
Age Relaxation: Age Relaxation will be admissible as per Govt. Rules. However, the claim for Age relaxation and justification should be provided along with copy of testimonials/certificates when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the Test/Interview.
