Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Planning Officer (BS-17)

  • Qualifications: Master’s degree or 4-year Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Economics, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Administration, or Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in project formulation, monitoring, or appraisal.
  • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years (+ 5 years general age relaxation for males, + 8 years for females).
  • Quota: Open Merit, Women Quota (15%), Minorities (5%).

2. Research Officer (BS-17)

  • Qualifications: Master’s degree (16 years education) in Economics, Agricultural Economics, Finance, or Urban Planning.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, policy formulation, or economic research.
  • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years.
  • Quota: Open Merit.

3. Assistant Director / Planning Analyst (BS-17)

  • Qualifications: BS or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or Management Sciences.
  • Experience: 2 years in database management, project tracking systems, or IT-driven development operations.
  • Age Limit: 22 to 35 years.

4. Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator (BS-12 / BS-15)
