ETEA Vacant Positions Details

1. Computer Operator (BPS-16)

  • Number of Posts: 02
  • Age Limit: 18 – 28 years
  • Quota / Zonal Allocation: Minority = 01, Female = 01
  • Qualification:
    • At least Second-Class Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology (BCS/BIT four years) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University; OR
    • At least Second-Class Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University with one year Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board of Technical Education.

2. Stenographer (BPS-14)

  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Age Limit: 18 – 30 years
  • Quota / Zonal Allocation: Merit
  • Qualification & Requirements:
    • At least Second Division Intermediate Certificate or its equivalent from a recognized Board.
    • Speed of fifty (50) words per minute in shorthand in English and thirty-five (35) words per minute in typing.
    • Knowledge of Computer in using MS Word and MS Excel.

3. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

  • Number of Posts: 01

    • At least Second Division Intermediate Certificate or its equivalent from a recognized Board.
    • A speed of thirty (30) words per minute in typing and capable to work on Computer in MS Office.

4. Hostel Superintendent (BPS-10)

    • At least Second Division Intermediate Certificate or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board with at least Two (02) years’ experience in the relevant field.

5. Junior Coach / Junior Coach Female (BPS-10)

  • Number of Posts: 11
  • Age Limit: 22 – 32 years
  • Quota / Zonal Allocation: Minority = 01, Female = 01, Merit = 02, Zone-I = 02, Zone-II = 01, Zone-III = 01, Zone-IV = 01, Zone-V = 01, Zone-VI = 01
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • At least Second Division Intermediate Certificate or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board with at least Two (02) years’ experience as Coach in the relevant game from any recognized Government, Semi-Government or autonomous organization having relevant coaching course certificate issued by Pakistan Olympic Association or Pakistan Sports Federation with first or second position in the relevant individual sports event or Team event at the Provincial level organized by Pakistan Sports Board or as the case may be, the Provincial Sports Boards.
    • Note-I (Cricket Coach): For a Junior Coach (BPS-10) for Cricket, at least Second Division Intermediate Certificate or its equivalent Board with Two (02) years’ experience as Cricket Coach from any Government, Semi Government or Autonomous organization with participation in Provincial or Regional or Divisional level cricket Championship organized by Pakistan Cricket Board and having at least level-I certificate issued by Pakistan Cricket Board.
    • Note-II: Preference shall be given to the player in Grade-I level tournament, who possess the above criteria.

6. Care Taker (BPS-06)

  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Age Limit: 25 – 35 years
  • Quota / Zonal Allocation: Minority = 01
  • Qualification:
    • At least Second Division Intermediate Certificate or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.

How to Apply for ETEA Jobs

  1. Interested candidates must visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online starting from 5th August, 2026.
  2. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates’ personal information) will be generated.
  3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through the Easypaisa app or Agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.
  4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having the bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
  5. After applying online, do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of testimonials/documents will be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
  6. Availability of the online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk starts on 5th August, 2026.
  7. Last date for submission of online Application is 25th August, 2026.
  8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to give ported/converted mobile numbers.
  9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
  10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal/courier means.

Terms and Conditions

  • Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
  • All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
  • Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
  • Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
  • Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of the applications.
  • Applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
  • Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
  • Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel. Departmental NOC has to be provided before DSC at the time of Interview. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
  • Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
  • In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
  • Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.
