How to Apply for FPSC Jobs Advertisement No. 03/2026

- No manual application will be accepted for General Recruitment cases. Only online applications submitted and processed/admitted on or before the cut-off date will be considered.

The application fee must be deposited on or before the closing date through the dedicated PSID generated by the FPSC Online Portal, using the 1-Link facility, including ATM, mobile/internet banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, over-the-counter services, or other available 1-Link channels.
The maximum age limit prescribed under the Recruitment Rules will be relaxed in accordance with the relevant appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993, as amended from time to time.
Candidates will be shortlisted for interview according to the policy of the Commission contained in the General Instructions displayed on the FPSC website.
After the written/screening examination, candidates who are higher in merit in their respective quota will be asked to furnish the required original documents.
The required documents may include two photographs, Matric Certificate, Intermediate Certificate, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, M.Phil., Ph.D., Engineering Certificate, NTC registration certificate where applicable, job description issued by an authorized officer of the Ministry/Division/Department concerned, Domicile Certificate, DPC, Departmental Permission Certificate, and other relevant documents.
Candidates must furnish the required documents within the stipulated time. Failure to provide the required or incomplete documents within the prescribed period will make the candidate liable to rejection.
Whenever equivalence of the required degree is claimed, an equivalence certificate issued by HEC/relevant authority must be furnished to FPSC for authentication.
Experience gained from firms, companies, institutions, organizations, banks, NGOs, etc. will be accepted if the organization is well known nationally or internationally and, where applicable, is properly registered/incorporated with the concerned government department/institution for doing business, maintains proper accounts, and has a proper registration number/reference number.
Requisition of documents does not mean that a candidate has been shortlisted for interview. Eligibility for interview will be determined in view of the documents and merit position.
Eligibility of candidates in all respects will be reckoned up to the closing date.
Admission Certificates for screening tests will be placed on the FPSC official website approximately two weeks before the date of examination. The FPSC website is the primary source of information in this regard.
Candidates are advised to frequently visit the FPSC website for updates. They may also be informed through SMS; however, no information will be sent through post.
The written test/examination for Consolidated Advertisement No. 03/2026 will be held with effect from 10 October 2026. The test schedule and syllabus will be issued on the official FPSC website after publication of the advertisement.
It is mandatory for candidates to bring their original CNIC and a downloaded copy of the Admission Certificate at the time of the screening test.
Any candidate found in possession of a cell phone or any electronic communication device in the examination hall will be disqualified from the instant examination and may be permanently debarred from appearing in future examinations/tests conducted by FPSC.
Requests for change of examination centre will only be entertained if received within 10 days of the closing date of the advertisement.
The closing date for submission of applications is Monday, 31 August 2026.
