Controller of Examination (BPS-20) – 01 Post

• Eligibility Criteria:
  • First division degree (16 years education) from HEC recognized University/DAI’s.
  • 17 years’ relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent and above.
  • No third division in academic career.

Treasurer (BPS-20) – 01 Post

• Eligibility Criteria:
  • First division degree (16 years education) in Business Administration (Finance specialization) or Commerce from HEC recognized University/DAI’s OR Member PIPFA (FPA).
  • 17 years’ experience in financial management/accounts in a University, Government Department, or Autonomous Organization in BPS-17 or equivalent and above.
  • No third division in academic career.

Director Works (BPS-20) – 01 Post

• Eligibility Criteria:
  • First class BE (16 years education) in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University with PEC registration and 17 years’ relevant experience in a University, Government Department, or Autonomous Organization in BPS-17 or equivalent and above.
  • OR Second class BE in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University with PEC registration and 20 years’ relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent and above.
  • No third division in academic career.

How to Apply

1. Application forms can be downloaded from AUST official website or obtained from the Registrar Office. Only prescribed forms will be accepted.
2. Processing fee of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable) must be deposited in favor of Treasurer, AUST. Attach the original bank draft receipt with one photocopy.
3. Submit the printed application form along with:
   • 3 attested passport size photographs.
   • Attested copies of academic documents, domicile, CNIC, experience certificates, and distinctions (if any).
4. Separate applications with separate fees are required for multiple posts.
5. Complete applications must reach the office of the Registrar, AUST, Havelian, Abbottabad before 03 September 2025.

Terms & Conditions

1. All fresh appointments will be made under the CP Fund policy of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government (on no-pension basis). Pension facility is only for those already eligible in pensionable jobs.
2. A CGPA of 3.00/4.0 under the semester system or 60% marks under the annual system is considered a First-Class Degree.
3. Only valid/verified relevant experience with proper job title, scale equivalency, dates, and reference numbers will be accepted. Overlapping experience will not be counted.
4. Fake/forged documents will result in legal action.
5. Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
6. Foreign degrees must be accompanied by HEC/IBCC equivalence certificates.
7. Candidates must provide valid email, postal address, and WhatsApp contact for correspondence. The University will mainly communicate via email.
8. Government quotas will be observed where applicable.
9. The University reserves the right to withhold or cancel recruitment without assigning any reason.
10. The selected candidates will be governed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act-2012 and AUST Statutes 2016 (as amended).
11. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
