The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has designated Ayub Teaching Hospital (ATH), Abbottabad, as a Medical Teaching Institution under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Act, 2015. With its autonomous status, ATH seeks qualified professionals for the following positions:
1. Senior Manager (Human Resource)
Grade: IPS-07
No. of Positions: 01
Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent HR certifications.
- Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in HR management within a reputable organization.
- Experience in health-related organizations will be preferred.
2. Manager (Human Resource – Organizational Development)
Grade: PS-06
No. of Positions: 01
Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent HR certifications.
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in HR management within a reputable healthcare organization or tertiary care hospital.
- Knowledge of JCIA, ISO, and a proven track record in training, development, or organizational development within HR departments of reputable hospitals.
Terms & Conditions
- Appointments will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Teaching Institution Reforms Act, 2015, and its amendments.
- Quotas:
- 5% for disabled persons (Disability Certificate required).
- 10% for female candidates.
- 5% for minority candidates.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.

- Age relaxation is permissible as per government rules.
