- Head Transaction Banking Division
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Graduation, preference for Master’s degree from HEC-recognized universities (or equivalency certificate for foreign qualifications).
- At least 10 years of experience in Financial Services, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Cash Management, Structured Trade Finance, or Home Remittances Business. Islamic banking experience is preferred.
- Exemption from experience criteria for candidates already heading Transaction Banking in a Financial Institution.
- Responsibilities:
- Build & expand Cash Management, Structured Trade Finance, and Home Remittance business across Pakistan.
- Lead a high-performing team to enhance product offerings.
- Drive revenue growth and increase product cross-selling.
- Other Transaction Banking tasks as assigned by management.
- Location: Head Office, Peshawar.
- Remuneration: Market-based, competitive package.
- Head Investment Banking Division
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Graduation, preference for Master’s degree from HEC-recognized universities (or equivalency certificate for foreign qualifications).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Investment Banking within the Financial Services Industry. Islamic banking experience is preferred.
- Exemption from experience criteria for candidates currently heading Investment Banking functions.
- Responsibilities:
- Generate fee-based income for the bank.
- Lead debt instruments issuance (Sukuk, syndicated financing).
- Collaborate with financial institutions to execute large-scale deals.
- Manage IPO underwriting, rights issue collections, and trustee services.
- Other Investment Banking-related tasks as assigned by management.

- Eligibility Criteria:
