Manager Field Collection (Digital Banking Group)

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities
- Monitor daily activities and performance of field collection staff.
- Conduct team meetings at the start and end of each working day.
- Guide team members towards achieving daily collection targets.
- Maintain performance records of Field Collection Officers based on predefined parameters.
- Prepare and submit performance reports to management whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank’s Code of Conduct, processes, procedures, and policies.
- Maintain office discipline and professional decorum.
- Visit problematic customers for recovery and collection of overdue payments.
- Handle customer complaints and provide immediate solutions.
- Coordinate with various departments including:
- Service Quality
- Operations
- Credit Initiation
- Legal Department
- Resolve customer queries and operational issues through effective coordination.
- Ensure adherence to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Prudential Regulations and other applicable regulations.
- Stay updated regarding current banking products, services, and policies.
- Assist and support team members regarding operational matters.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
- Highlight problematic accounts to supervisors.
- Recommend suitable collection and recovery options for further processing.
- Ensure full compliance with Collection Code of Conduct and Fair Collection Guidelines at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Experience
- Minimum 04 to 07 years of relevant professional experience.
Age Limit
- Applicants must not be more than 55 years of age on the date of application.
