Eligibility & Scheme Details

1. Eligible Minority Communities

  • Christians
  • Hindus
  • Sikhs
  • Other recognized minority religions residing in Punjab

2. Residency Requirement

  • Applicant must be a permanent resident of Punjab.

3. CNIC & Mobile Number

  • A valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) is mandatory.
  • Applicant must have an active mobile number registered in their own name.

4. Family Head Condition

  • The applicant must be the head of the household.

5. PMT Score Requirement

  • Applicant must have a PMT score of 45 or below.
  • PMT score can be obtained from the nearest NSER/BISP Service Center.
  • The list of service centers is available on the official website.

6. Financial Assistance Restriction

  • Applicant must not be receiving financial aid from other government programs such as BISP or PSPA.

7. Previous Beneficiaries

  • Families who benefited in Phase I and Phase II (75,000 families) do not need to apply again.

Financial Assistance

  • Rs. 10,500 per quarter will be provided to each eligible family under the Minority Card Scheme.

  1. Ensure you meet all eligibility criteria, especially the PMT score requirement.
  2. Visit the official website: mcard.punjab.gov.pk.
  3. Complete the online registration form with accurate personal and family details.
  4. Submit the application before 15 February 2026.
  5. Keep your CNIC and mobile number active for verification and updates.

Terms & Conditions

  • Only Punjab residents belonging to minority communities are eligible.
  • PMT score (45 or below) is mandatory for approval.
  • Online registration is compulsory; manual applications will not be accepted.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to disqualification.
  • Beneficiaries already enrolled in BISP/PSPA are not eligible.
  • The Government of Punjab reserves the right to verify data and cancel applications at any stage.
  • Registration is open from 26 January 2026 to 15 February 2026 only.
