General Conditions
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained in any case.
- Persons already in Government service should route their application through proper channel as applicable, with clearance from the parent department.
- 2% disable quota, 5% minority Quota, 10% women quota and will be observed as per Federal Government Rules.
- Application forms are also available from the office of Accounts Section, Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, on payment of above mentioned fee (during the duty hours).
- The applications received after the last date of advertisement will not be considered.
- A separate complete application is necessary for each post applied.
- No. of vacancies can also be increased/ decreased/ redistributed/ reallocated by the competent authority without any notice.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/ interview.
- Date & place of test /interview will be communicated through courier.
- No TA/DA will be admissible if called for interview and first joining.
- The original copy of bank challan should be attached with the application form.
- The selectin will be made on merit according to Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Rules & Regulations.
- Persons from other province who are otherwise eligible may also apply.
