1. Lifeguard (B-01)

Pay Scale: BPS-01

Educational Qualification & Criteria:
- Literate (Knows how to read and write).
- Must know swimming.
Note:
- These posts are reserved for regional, divisional, and Lasbela levels.
- Quotas for women, disabled persons, and minorities are included.

2. Constable (B-05)

Pay Scale: BPS-05
Number of Posts: 57
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Matriculation (At least Matric).
Physical Standards:
- Height (Male): Minimum 5 feet 6 inches ($5’\text{-}6”$).
- Height (Female): Minimum 5 feet 2 inches ($5’\text{-}2”$).
- Chest (Male): $32”\text{-}34”$ inches.
- Running Test: 2 Kilometers (2 KM) in 12 minutes.
Health & Medical Standards:
- Must be medically fit. A medical fitness certificate from a Government Doctor is required.
Training & Experience:
- Complete in-service training.
- Must possess swimming experience and capability to navigate/handle sea conditions.
Note:
- Recruitment for Constable Grade (BPS-05) posts will be carried out under the prevalent test/interview policy of the Government of Balochistan.
- Quotas for disabled persons, women, and minorities are included.
- These positions will be filled on a provincial level, with operational deployment/postings in Gwadar, Lasbela, and Hub districts.

Applications should be submitted in the name of Director General Fisheries Balochistan, Cooperative Housing Society, Samungli Road, Quetta OR delivered directly to the Regional Directorate Office Secretariat, Marine Fisheries Gwadar, OR Directorate Marine Fisheries Lasbela, located at Hub Chowki.
Applications can be submitted by hand or dispatched via registered mail / post / courier services so as to reach on or before August 15, 2026. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
