The Prevention and Control of Blindness Program is inviting applications for the following position on a one-year contract basis:
Position: Optometrist

Job Description:
The optometrist will provide comprehensive eye and vision care, including detection, diagnosis, and management of eye diseases and vision conditions. Responsibilities also include refraction, dispensing corrective lenses, and performing other related duties within healthcare units or hospitals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
- Educational Qualification: Must have training in optometry
- Residency: Preference for residents of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. If suitable candidates are not available, experienced applicants from outside the region may also be considered.
