- Submission Window: Online applications will be available starting from 15/09/2026 up to the closing date of 15/10/2026.
- Fee Deposit: Complete the online form and deposit the prescribed screening test fee through designated bank channels as instructed on the portal. Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications along with a separate fee for each position.
Terms & Conditions:
- Zones as listed in the advertisement and their respective breakdowns are available on the official ETEA and Rescue-1122 websites.
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the physical and screening tests; however, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Appointing Authority, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.
- Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
- Mandatory Physical Test Requirements:
- Male candidates (under 40 years): 1-mile run in 07 minutes with minimum height 5 feet 6 inches and chest 33 inches.
- Male candidates (aged 40 years and above): 1-mile run in 09 minutes.
- Female candidates: 1-mile run in 09 minutes with minimum height 5 feet 2 inches.
- The threshold for passing the screening/written test and interview is 40% marks and above for BPS-01 to BPS-16.
- Selection Criteria Weightage: Educational Criteria contributes 70 marks, the ETEA test contributes 20 marks, and the interview carries 10 marks.
- ETEA will conduct ability or skill tests (such as driving tests, computer literacy, or diving tests) in different cadres as a screening tool where required.
- Diplomas obtained from banned boards or councils will not be considered, as notified by TEVTA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- ETEA will verify credentials from relevant boards, councils, and universities during the Quality Check process. Candidates failing to appear or clear the check will not be considered further.
- Candidates must bring their original CNIC, educational certificates, degrees, and mark sheets duly verified by relevant boards/universities at the time of interview.
- Only valid driving licenses issued by the Government of Pakistan are acceptable for Driver posts; fresh apply tokens will not be entertained.
- Upon approval by the Selection Committee, candidates will undergo a medical examination at Police & Services Hospital, Peshawar.
- Selected candidates must undergo a mandatory training program of six (06) months (or as prescribed) and successfully pass all required examinations.
- Selected candidates must produce a Police Clearance Certificate prior to receiving their offer of appointment.
- Selection will be made strictly on merit.
- Selected individuals must submit a Surety Bond on stamp paper countersigned by an Oath Commissioner to confirm compliance with service terms and conditions.
- Candidates must be fully eligible in all respects by the closing date for applications.
- Only documents submitted on or before the final date of document submission will be scrutinized for selection.
- General age relaxation is admissible in accordance with existing Government Rules.
- In-service candidates from Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through the proper channel by providing an NOC.
- Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must submit separate applications and fees for each.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for physical tests, written examinations, or interviews.
- Foreign degrees must be accompanied by an official HEC equivalence certificate.
