How to Apply
- Interested candidates must submit their applications online through the KPPSC official website: www.kppsc.gov.pk.
- Only one application is required for each serial number. Candidates applying for various quotas must mention the serial number and sub-serial number clearly in the online application form.
- An application fee of Rs.500/- (excluding service charges) must be deposited using the 1 Bill Option available in all banking apps (NBP, HBL, ABL, BoK, BoP, etc.) and microfinance apps (Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, Upaisa, etc.).
- The information provided in the online application form will be considered final.
- Documents are not required at the time of online application. Candidates who qualify for the test must submit their documents within 15 days after the announcement of results; failure to do so will result in rejection of the application.
- Applicants must regularly check the KPPSC website for updates, including call letters for tests.
Term and Conditions
Eligibility of candidates will be determined according to Service Rules, Provincial Government instructions, and KPPSC Regulations 2017 displayed on the Commission’s website.
Candidates applying under the disabled quota must submit a disability certificate issued by the Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons based on the Standing Medical Board when required.
Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Body employees may apply directly but must provide a Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC) as required.
- For Elementary & Secondary Education Department:
- BPS-15 & below: DPC countersigned by District Education Officer
- BPS-16 & above: DPC countersigned by Director/Additional Director
- For Higher Education Department: DPC countersigned by Director/Additional Director
- For all other Departments: DPC countersigned by their respective Authorities
Unrecognized degrees, diplomas, experience certificates, and testimonials will not be accepted.
Dual domicile on the closing date of the advertisement will lead to rejection.
If an equivalence of the required degree is claimed, an HEC equivalence certificate must be provided.
Minority candidates must provide a Minority Certificate from their respective authorities.
Passing threshold for ability tests is 33% marks.
Candidates possessing qualification higher than prescribed in the relevant field will also be considered eligible.
Age:
- Age will be calculated as of the closing date of the advertisement.
- Age relaxation:
- Up to 10 years for Disabled persons / Divorced / Widows and Government Servants with 2 years continuous service.
- Up to 3 years for candidates from backward areas as per KPK rules.
- 5 years automatic relaxation for Minority candidates.
- Employees of government development projects are eligible for relaxation equal to the period served (max 10 years).
- Overage candidates must obtain age relaxation orders from the competent authority before the interview.
Married female candidates not in government service may either adopt the domicile of their husband or retain their own; once selected in the application form, it cannot be changed.
When experience is required, it must be certified by the competent authority and verifiable from government/recognized institution records.
