- Must possess a graduate degree in:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The selected Managing Director will be responsible for:
- Developing vision, mission, and business strategy for KSSL to ensure long-term growth and financial sustainability.
- Managing security infrastructure, assets, and client interests to ensure effective security services nationwide.
- Overseeing Human Resource management of contractual employees and workforce.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities and funding prospects.
- Exploring cost-effective business avenues and revenue generation initiatives.
- Conducting research and implementing new initiatives to increase revenue and reduce operational costs.
- Preparing, monitoring, and reporting business plans and performance progress.
- Promoting staff wellbeing and implementing policies according to Labour Laws and Health & Safety regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities, commercial auditors, and external agencies.
