How to Apply for Latest Narowal Medical College Jobs?
- Two sets of attested photo copies of all the educational documents, testimonials, experience certificate, PMDC/PMC experience certificate, domicile two photographs, CNIC and registration from PMDC/PMC be submitted and must reach the office of the undersigned. valid
- Credit will be given for original research work published in a standard medical journal and teaching experience in recognized institution.
- If the candidate has any research publications to his/ her credit, a copy of each of such publications should be attached with the application provided that the article has been published in a journal recognized by PM DC/PMC.
- Research Papers: only those relevant Original Articles which have been published in bookform on or before the closing date shall be considered.
- Review articles,case studies/reports, translations, briefs, papers presented in conference, editorialsetc. shall not be admissible as published research papers.
- However online published research work in a recognized journal shall be accepted.
- The journal(s) should be duly indexed by PMC/PMDC/PubMed/Index Medicus/Excerpta Medica/Embrase. Recognition list of such journal(s) shall also be required.
- PMDC/PMC registration valid on the closing date for receipt of applications will be accepted.
- If expired, applying proof for renewal on or before the closing date is required.
- The candidate must possess a domicile certificate of any districts of the Province of Punjab and a copy of the same must be submitted with the application.
- Five years general age relaxation in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD circular letter No. SOR-I(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21.05.2012 is applicable for male and eight years in case of female.
- Employees already serving should apply through proper channel from their respective department alongwith NOC.
- Experience certificate alongwith appointment letter (s) in respect of contract, current charge, acting charge and appointment on adhoc basis, issued by the appointing authority/Head of Institution/Organization/Department are required.
- For private/foreign sector candidates: Foreign/Private experience shall only be considered, if the same is recognized and issued by PMDC/PMC.
- Those who have been removed/ dismissed from government service cannot apply.
- Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be considered and they will be rejected without any intimation.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be interviewed.
- All the candidates should bring their original certificates/ documents and research papers at the time of interview.
- No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
- The number of posts may vary as per discretion of the competent authority.
