Job Opportunity: Project Director at Women University Swabi (PSDP Project)
Position: Project Director
Salary: Rs. 175,000 – 306,250 (BS-19)
Age Limit: Up to 55 years
Qualifications/Experience:
- First division degree (16 years of education) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or BSc Civil Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in a university, government organization, or autonomous body in BPS-17 or equivalent.
- Preferably 2-5 years of experience in a senior/managerial position in Planning, Project Management, or Civil Work-Related Projects (PPS-09).
- Knowledge of government PSDP projects, project management fundamentals, PMES/IPAS, and related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the implementation of the PSDP project, ensuring timely and effective completion.
- Monitor and supervise civil works, project development, and ensure adherence to project management procedures.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in supervising and monitoring developmental projects in public sector universities or government organizations.
