Hospital Director
Qualification & Experience
- Recognized Master’s Degree in:
- Hospital Management
- Health Services Management
- Business Management
- Public Health
- Public Administration
- Or any other relevant management qualification.
- Minimum Seven (07) years of experience in a senior management position in:
- A major teaching hospital
- Organization
- Institution.
- Candidates possessing a recognized medical degree may also apply if they have:
- Additional management qualification
- Relevant experience as prescribed.
- Selected candidate will not have the right to private practice.
Appointment Duration
- The Hospital Director shall be appointed for a period of Five (05) years under the MTI Act 2015 and MTI Regulations.
Finance Director
Qualification & Experience
Candidates must fulfill one of the following criteria:
Option 1
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- Minimum Five (05) years post-qualification experience in:
- Finance
- Accounts
- Major private or public company/institution.
Option 2
- ICMAP Certification OR Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounts.
- Minimum Eight (08) years post-qualification experience in:

Appointment Duration

- Health Services Management
- Business Management
- Other relevant management qualification.
- Minimum Five (05) years relevant experience in reputed healthcare institutions.
General Terms of Service
- Services of selected candidates will be governed under the Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (amended) and MTI Regulations.
- Selected candidates will become full-time institutional employees.
- Candidates must submit accepted resignation from current employer including:
- Government service
- Civil service
- Local or foreign organizations.
- Appointments shall be made under MTI grading structure instead of Basic Pay Scales (BPS).
