1. Assistant Director (BPS-17)
- Number of Posts: 04
- Age Limit: $30 + 5 \text{ years general relaxation} = 35 \text{ years}$

- Educational Qualification:
- 16 years of education in Peace and Conflict Studies, IR, Media & Communication Studies, Strategic Studies, Cyber Security, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Digital Forensics from any HEC-approved institution.
- Experience & Skills:
- 0–2 years Post Qualification experience in the relevant field.
- Having experience in OSINT, SOCMINT, GEOINT, Threat Intelligence, Digital Investigations, Online Research, and Analytical Reporting. Relevant international certificates shall be considered an added advantage.
- Developing and managing AI/Software applications.
- Media management, Basic Administration, and Education, specialized knowledge in peace and conflict resolution, Narrative Building, and Counter Terrorism and Extremism.

Terms and Conditions / General Instructions
- Contract Duration: The period of contract would be initially for a period of six (06) months and likely to be permanent on the basis of performance evaluation.
- Original Documents: Candidates will be required to bring original documents (Educational, Domicile, and Experience Certificate etc.) along with one set of attested copies of all documents at the time of interview.
- Right to Modify Vacancies: The Authority reserves the right not to fill any vacancy or to reduce/increase the number of vacancies, if the circumstances so warranted at the time of final selection.
- Government Employees: Candidates working in Public Sector Departments/Organizations shall apply through proper channel and have to submit Departmental Permission Certificates from the respective department/employers at the time of interview, failing which they will not be allowed to participate in interview.
- Age Relaxation: In addition to 5 years general age relaxation already allowed, further age relaxation shall be admissible as per (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993.
- Age Calculation: Minimum and Maximum age shall be calculated on the closing date for receipt of applications.
- Verification of Credentials: Information provided in the online Application Form will be verified. In case of any false or forged information, NACTA reserves the right to cancel candidature of any candidate at any stage (even after employment, if so, revealed later) and to initiate legal action against the applicant.
- Shortlisting & Provisional Appearance: Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview. All the candidates will be allowed provisionally to appear in the test/interview, subject to detailed scrutiny of their eligibility as per relevant criteria.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the Test/ Interview.
- Security Clearance: Finally selected candidates shall be offered appointment subject to security clearance from relevant authorities.
