How to Apply
- Download the prescribed application form free of cost from the provided Google Drive link or obtain a free hard copy directly from the office of the Principal/Head of the relevant School/College during office hours ($09:00\text{ AM}$ to $02:00\text{ PM}$) on working days.
- Complete the application form in all respects.
- Attach attested copies of the following documents:
- CNIC
- Punjab Domicile
- Educational Certificates/Degrees & Transcripts
- Professional Qualification Certificates (if any)
- Experience Certificates (if any)
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Submit the complete application packet BY HAND to the Principal/Head of the relevant School/College where the STI vacancy exists within the prescribed office hours on or before the school’s respective closing date.
- Soft copy applications submitted through email, WhatsApp, courier, or post, as well as incomplete applications, will NOT be accepted.
- Candidates applying for more than one post/institution must submit a separate Application Form along with required supporting documents for each post/institution.
Terms and Conditions / General Instructions
- Preference: Preference shall be given to candidates possessing professional qualifications (B.Ed/M.Ed, etc.) and relevant teaching experience.
- Tenure: The engagement of STIs shall be purely temporary, institution-specific, non-transferable, and contractual for a maximum period of up to nine months, excluding summer vacations, or till the joining of a regular incumbent, whichever is earlier.
- No Regularization Claim: The engagement shall not confer any right to regular appointments, extension of tenure, permanent absorption, or continuation in service.
- Age Limit: Only candidates falling within the age limit of 21 to 45 years as on the closing date for submission of applications shall be eligible to apply.
- Shortlisted Candidates: The list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the concerned institution on the date of the interview before the commencement of the interview. Candidates must produce their original CNIC, domicile, educational/professional certificates, and experience documents at the time of the interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
- Rejection of Late Applications: Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date shall not be entertained.
- Forged Documents: Any false, forged, or fabricated information/document shall result in immediate disqualification; if detected after engagement, the placement shall be treated as void ab-initio and cancelled without notice.
- Right to Modify Vacancies: The STI Hiring Committee/Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, withhold or cancel the recruitment process, or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. Its decision regarding scrutiny, merit, and selection shall be final.
- Interview Venue: Interviews shall be conducted at the respective educational institution where the vacancy exists, in accordance with the unified interview schedule.
- Merit List: The merit list shall be prepared strictly in accordance with the MLWC STI Policy, 2026, and only eligible candidates shall be considered for interview.
- Final Authority: The decision of the Competent Authority regarding eligibility, merit, selection, and interpretation of the provisions of this advertisement shall be final and shall not be challenged in any Court.
