How to Apply
- Online Registration: Apply online on the Central Testing Service (CTS) website at www.ctspak.com or via the link available on the ESD website www.rescue.gov.pk.
- Form Submission: Download and print the APPLICATION FORMS after completing the online procedure. Send the filled application forms by post to the Central Testing Service headquarters address: 414, F2 Floor, Jeff Heights, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore.
- Closing Date: Make sure your applications are submitted and posted latest by 03-08-2026.
- Only completely filled applications fulfilling the complete criteria shall be accepted. Any communication shall be made through CTS & ESD websites.
Selection Procedure
- Written & psychological tests and Physical tests shall be held at designated places.
- The list of qualifying candidates shall be displayed on the CTS & ESD websites after each process.
- The final interview shall be conducted at the Emergency Services Headquarters at Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.
- At the time of the interview, candidates shall submit a medical report issued by a Government Teaching Hospital or DHQ Hospital regarding their physical examination (height, weight, chest, eyesight, and physical deformities) and laboratory tests for Hepatitis B&C, HIV, and RPR.
Terms and Conditions
Salary shall be given as per the Government Notification/ Policy.
Any person with vision less than 6/6 each eye (without glasses) and color blind, obesity with BMI 30 or above, and Hepatitis B & C, HIV, and RPR positive shall not be shortlisted at any stage.
In case of a large number of applicants, only applications with preferred/enhanced criteria shall be considered.
Candidates are directed to apply only for one suitable post; however, an appropriate candidate may be adjusted against another suitable post on the recommendation of the Recruitment Committee. The department may increase or decrease posts depending on availability.
No relaxation in age or qualification is allowed (Army/Civil).
Preference will be given to candidates with a height of more than 5’6″, whereas the minimum chest size must be 33″.
Local residents as per CNIC will be given preference.
A 5% quota for minorities and a 15% quota for females shall be reserved. Shemales (Transgender individuals) can also apply.
Candidates have to justify their eligibility as per the advertised criteria as all the documents are accepted provisionally. The offer of appointment is subject to verification of documents, Police Verification, successful completion of training, and clearance by the medical board constituted by the Government of the Punjab.
