Procurement Specialist (01 Position)

Benazir Income Support Programme is seeking applications from qualified national professionals for the hiring of an individual consultant for the Procurement Wing under the Social Protection Development Project (SPDP).

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification with at least 16 years of education in:
    • Procurement
    • Law
    • Business Administration
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Economics
    • Engineering
    • IT
    • Any other related field
  • Degree must be from a reputable local or foreign institution.
  • Candidates holding a diploma or degree in Procurement Management from a recognized institution will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • Minimum 15 years of total post-qualification experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in procurement practices.
  • Experience in procurement of:
    • Consulting Services
    • Goods Procurement
  • Minimum 03 years of verifiable experience as:
    • Procurement Specialist
    • Procurement Expert
    • Procurement Manager
    • Equivalent role
      in government organizations, donor agencies, development banks, or related entities.
