Assistant Specialist (Monitoring)

  • Number of Positions: 3 positions

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities (SKA):

  • Education: CA Inter / CMA Inter / ACCA / CIMA / CFA or member of a professional body of Accountants, or MBA (Finance) or Master’s degree in Finance/Commerce or related fields (at least 16 years of education) from an HEC recognized / affiliated institute / university OR Bachelors / Masters Degree in Data Analytics / Data Sciences / Business Analytics.
  • Experience Requirement: The candidate must have 03 years of experience, preferably in the energy/power sector.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in dashboard reporting, KPI tracking, and data-driven performance evaluation.
  • Operational Exposure: Demonstrated exposure to loss analysis, recovery performance, and assessment of other operational efficiency benchmarks.
  • Preferred Tools: Candidates having experience in Dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tool), Data validation, reconciliation, and analytical reporting will be preferred.
  • Data Management: Experience handling large operational datasets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong analytical writing and presentation skills.

Remuneration & Age:

  • Salary Package: The selected candidate will be offered a market-based, competitive remuneration package, commensurate with their skills and experience as per company policy.
