Terms & Conditions

General Eligibility Criteria
  • Candidates must possess the prescribed qualifications and must fall within the prescribed age limit as per the STI Policy issued by the Special Education Department.
  • Age shall be calculated as per Government rules, including applicable relaxation where admissible.
  • Fresh candidates having relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Preference may be given to candidates having prior teaching experience.
Engagement Guidelines
  • Engagement shall be purely temporary, school-specific, and non-transferable.
  • Duration: 09 months (excluding summer vacations) during Financial Year 2026–27, or till the arrival of regular incumbents, whichever is earlier.
  • Monthly Honorarium:
    • BS-17: Rs. 45,000/-
    • BS-16: Rs. 40,000/-
  • Age Relaxation (as per Government Rules):
    • Male candidates: up to 05 years relaxation
    • Female candidates: up to 08 years relaxation
    • Persons with Disabilities (PWDs): up to 15 years relaxation (subject to valid disability certificate)
  • No right of regular appointment shall be conferred.
  • Performance and attendance shall be strictly monitored by the concerned authorities.
  • Engagement may be terminated with one month’s notice or payment in lieu thereof.
  • Incomplete or late applications shall not be entertained.
  • Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
  • The Department reserves the right to increase/decrease posts or cancel recruitment at any stage.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
