- Qualification:
- Ph.D. / M.Phil. / MS in Education, School Administration, or Educational Leadership (preferable), or any other subject from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Minimum 1st Division / 2.5 CGPA / 60% marks in the highest degree.
- B.Ed. / M.Ed. (preferable).
- Experience:
- At least 8–10 years of administrative experience in a renowned Matric/Intermediate school or college with more than 800 students.
- Age Limit: 40–55 years.
