Qualification and Experience
- Chief Internal Auditor
Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or certified internal auditor.Minimum 10 years of relevant audit experience.Articles from top four audit firms will be an added advantage.
- Director Program
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, or related fields.Minimum 8 years of work experience, with 3 years in social protection program design and implementation.
- Director MIS
MBA in ITM or MSc/MS in Computer Science or related field.Minimum 8 years of IT management experience.PMP certification required.
- Director Cash Transfer Program
Master’s degree in relevant fields.Minimum 8 years of work experience, with 3 years in cash transfer programs.

- The application without NOC or applications will not be shortlisted for testinterview
- No. of years of experience and age shall be calculated according to the closing date of the advertisement Observance of quota against person with disabilities and minorities shall be according to apply employer
- Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview, No TADA will be Admissible.
- In case of selection, HEC verified degrees shall be required and in case of foreign degree, HEC equivalence is essentially required before appearing the interview.
