Vacant Positions and Detailed Eligibility Criteria

1. Tehsildar

  • Pay Scale: SPP
  • Total Number of Posts: 04
  • Pay Package: 90,000/- PM
  • Qualification & Experience: Must be a Retired Government Revenue Official, preferably a Tehsildar, possessing relevant practical experience in Land Settlement.

2. Girdawar

  • Pay Scale: SPP
  • Total Number of Posts: 12
  • Pay Package: 70,000/- PM
  • Qualification & Experience: Must be a Retired Government Revenue Official, preferably a Girdawar, possessing relevant practical experience in Land Settlement.

3. Accountant

  • Pay Scale: BPS-16
  • Total Number of Posts: 12
  • Pay Package: 75,000/- PM
  • Qualification & Experience: Must possess at least a 2nd class Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounts, Business Administration, or be an ACCA / CA (Inter) or hold a degree in a related field from an HEC recognized University. Requires a minimum of three years of professional experience in Accounts Management.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.

How to Apply

Candidates must strictly follow the application methodology prescribed by ETEA as listed in image_066bef.jpg:

  1. Online Application: Interested candidates must first visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to apply for the posts online.
  2. Deposit Slip Generation: After the successful submission of the online application form, a prescribed online deposit slip containing a unique token number, project code, and the candidate’s personal information will be generated automatically.
  3. Fee Payment: Take a clear printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through the Easypaisa app, an authorized Easypaisa Agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.
  4. Record Keeping: After successful fee submission, safely keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) bearing the bank/agent stamp with yourself. Do not share this original slip or its details with anyone.
  5. No Document Mailing: Do not send physical documents or testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online. Copies of testimonials and documents will only be required from candidates who successfully qualify the screening test, as and when requested by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny.
  6. Opening Date: The online Application Form will be available on the ETEA website starting 15th June, 2026.
  7. Closing Date: The final deadline for the submission of the online application is 30th June, 2026.
  8. Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be formally informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No Slips directly from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are strictly directed not to provide ported or converted mobile numbers during registration.
  9. Test Details: The exact Test Date, Time, and Venue will be clearly explicitly mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
  10. No Postal Call Letters: No separate physical Call Letters will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal or courier services.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Provisional Appearance: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny of credentials will be carried out by the appointing authority later, and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority immediately.
  2. Profile Creation & NADRA Verification: All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA’s website. After profile creation and before applying or depositing the fee, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC number verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise kiosk. Without this mandatory verification, candidates will not be able to apply. If the closing date falls on a public holiday, the deadline will automatically stand extended to the next working day.
  3. ETEA Test Passing Threshold: Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the strict eligibility criteria. The minimum passing threshold for the ETEA test is 40% Marks.
  4. Contractual Nature: The positions are purely on a contract basis up to June 2027, with an annual contract extension option subject to satisfactory performance.
  5. Project Abolition: These positions are strictly project-based posts and will stand automatically abolished upon the formal completion of the project.
  6. Interview Call Letters: Interview call letters will be issued strictly to shortlisted candidates only.
  7. Eligibility Cut-off: Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the final date of receipt of applications.
  8. Rejection Policy: Incomplete applications and any applications received after the specified due date will not be entertained.
  9. Government Employees: Candidates already working in government or semi-government bodies must apply through the proper channel. Those intending to apply for more than one post must submit separate applications and pay separate fees for each post.
  10. Age Relaxation: Relaxation in the upper age limit is not applicable for these project posts.
  11. Document Verification: Original documents, along with one complete set of attested copies of all relevant documents, must be produced at the time of the interview.
  12. Foreign Degrees: In case of foreign degrees, an equivalent certificate issued by the HEC must be provided by the applicant.
  13. Rights of Competent Authority: The Competent Authority reserves the explicit right to increase, decrease, or cancel any or all of the advertised posts.
  14. Area Preference: Preferences during selection will be given to applicants possessing a domicile belonging to the specific project areas.
  15. Policy Alignment: All recruitment processes will be conducted strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Project Implementation Policy (PIP)-2022.
  16. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
