Expression of Interest for Positions
The Government of Sindh, under a donor-funded project, seeks services for the following positions. Eligible candidates are invited to express their interest by submitting their CVs.
Positions and Requirements
- Procurement and Contract Management Specialist (1 Position)
- Qualification: B.E. (Civil) or equivalent, with M.Sc. in a related engineering field.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement and contract administration after obtaining the required qualification.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of MS Project is an added advantage.
- Procurement and Contract Management Officer (2 Positions)
- Qualification: B.E. (Civil) or equivalent, with M.Sc. in a related engineering field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement and contract administration after obtaining the required qualification.
- Preference: Experience with FIDIC contracts is essential.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of MS Project is an added advantage.
Additional Information
- These positions are funded by an international lending agency and are purely temporary/contractual (renewable annually based on performance).
- Applicants will not be entitled to claim regularization under any government policy in the future.
- Candidates meeting the minimum qualification and experience criteria will be shortlisted and invited for an interview.
