Eligibility Criteria:
Chief Internal Auditor
- Membership of a recognized professional body (CA/CPA/ACMA/ACCA/MBA (Finance))
- Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, risk management, and internal control procedures, preferably in the public sector.
Chief Legal Officer
- Master’s degree in Law or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of relevant legal experience, including corporate law, commercial transactions, and tendering advice, especially in the energy/power sector.
- Must be a licensed advocate.
Chief Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Officer
- Master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in ICT, including leadership roles in managing IT services, governance frameworks, and business transformations.
Company Secretary
- Member of a recognized body of corporate secretaries or a relevant Master’s degree in business, finance, law
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, law, and compliance.
Director General (MIRAD)
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Law, or Management Sciences
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including 10 years in the power sector or related fields.
- Experience in regulatory affairs, contract management, and business leadership is required.
Age Limit:
- Upper age limit: 55 years (as of the closing date of the advertisement)
Terms of Employment:
- Contract-based appointment for an initial period of two years, extendable based on performance.
