Position Details

Job Title: Zonal Head Branch Banking Operations – Central
Grade: SVP-1/EVP-1
No. of Positions: 01
Location: Lahore

Job Responsibilities

Oversee branch operations while ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to compliance regulations, including SBP policies and Bank’s internal processes.
Maintain a robust control environment and financial discipline to achieve organizational goals.
Implement SBP Currency Management strategies and monitor Branch GLS for optimization of operations.
Enhance customer service and mitigate fraud risks through strategic investigation and monitoring.
Drive staff capability enhancement, succession planning, and performance appraisals to ensure consistent service delivery.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with external service providers, maintaining regulatory compliance and proper documentation (SLAs, SOPs).
Empower Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) with tools and reports to optimize operational efficiency.
Monitor ATM performance and plan branch visits for quality control.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Experience: Minimum 08 years of banking experience, preferably 06 years in a similar role.
Age: Up to 55 years (as of February 08, 2025).
