Vacant Position Details
1. Assistant Manager BRT Control Centre – Position: 01
Responsibilities: Oversee operations and maintenance activities of Chamkani and MoH bus contracts, manage contracts, invoice processing, compliance with KPIs, and implement system improvements.
Qualification: 16 years degree in Civil/Transport/Computer Science/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (3 years in transport planning/operations). International experience preferred.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
2. Assistant Manager Electrical – Position: 01
Responsibilities: Manage electrical equipment, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, provide technical advice, and prepare KPIs, budgets, and procurement strategies.
Qualification: 16 years degree in Electrical Engineering. Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience, with 2 years in a similar role.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
3. Finance Executive – Position: 01
Responsibilities: Manage financial transactions, taxation, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with regulations in the Finance Department.
Qualification: 16 years degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or ACCA/CA Inter.
Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience in financial management of public/private entities.
Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
4. Communication Executive – Position: 01
Responsibilities: Assist the Communication Specialist in internal/external communications, publicity, media relations, and promotional events.
Qualification: 16 years education in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in strategic communication/journalism. Graphic designing experience is an advantage.
Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
5. Assistant Surveillance Supervisor – Position: 01
Responsibilities: Monitor operations through CCTV, record contract violations, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Qualification: 16 years education in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience (1 year CCTV monitoring is a plus).
Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
6. Operations Supervisor – Position: 02
Responsibilities: Assist in daily monitoring of 244 buses on 18 routes, verify trips/km, monitor adherence to KPIs, and oversee ZU Bicycles.
Qualification: 16 years education in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 2 years post-qualification experience, or 1 year with Master’s degree.
Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
