How to Apply
- Interested candidates may first visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
- The online Application Form will be available on the ETEA website starting from 12th June, 2026.
- After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having a unique token number, Project code, and candidate’s personal information) will be generated.
- Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through the Easypaisa app, an authorized Agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.
- After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having the bank’s desired stamp safely with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing the fee for any post, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- The last date for submission of online applications is 30th June, 2026.
- Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from the website. Candidates are directed not to give ported/converted mobile numbers.
- Test Date, Time, and Venue will be clearly mentioned on the Roll No. Slip. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal or courier means.
Post-Test Instructions for Qualified Candidates
- This section is only for those shortlisted eligible candidates who successfully qualify the ETEA Screening Test.
- To confirm/review your eligibility as per the advertised Required Qualification / Eligibility Criteria, candidates must duly submit attested copies of all documents/testimonials, experience certificates, updated CV/resume, copy of CNIC, 02 Passport size photographs, and all other supporting documents.
- These documents must be sent to the Directorate General Soil & Water Conservation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Agriculture Service Academy (ASA) Campus, Opposite Islamia College Jamrud Road Peshawar within fifteen (15) days after the result declaration by ETEA for scrutiny and further processing. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
- The mentioned documents are to be sent strictly by registered courier company. Those received after the due date and incomplete information or lack of testimonials will not be considered at all.
- Clearly mark the position applied for in the Subject line/Envelope and shall send a separate application completed in all respect/envelope for each post.
- Unclaimed qualification and experience will not be accepted/counted. Claimed Qualification and experience without supporting documents/documented proofs will also not be accepted/counted.
- Only Eligible/Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview. Shortlisting shall be carried out on the basis of selection criteria.
- Candidates mentioning wrong information including domicile or Zone or Age or qualification or experience while submitting application and documents will be declared as “Concealment of fact” and will be strictly dropped out at any stage of the recruitment and selection process.
Terms & Conditions
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Selection Board/ Selection Committee of DGSWC-KP. If any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment and Selection process, he/she shall be disqualified.
- Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
- Interview call letters will be issued to eligible shortlisted candidates only.
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of the applications.
- Applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
- Relevant experience with the Government/Semi-Government will be considered.
- Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
- The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
- Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
- In case no suitable candidates are available against the above-mentioned quotas, the posts will be filled from the list of eligible shortlisted candidates/open merit; the relevant quotas will be carried forward (as and when become vacant).
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
- In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
- Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
