- Create a profile on the ETEA portal.
- Before applying, print the E-Sahulat Token from the ETEA website.
- Verify your CNIC through any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk).
- After successful online application submission, a deposit slip containing Token Number, Project Code, and personal details will be generated.
- Print the generated deposit slip.
- Deposit the prescribed test fee through:

- Any UBL Bank Branch
- Keep the original stamped deposit slip for your record.
- Do not send documents to ETEA after online application submission.
- Documents will be required later from shortlisted candidates during scrutiny.

Terms and Conditions
Important Instructions
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in ETEA physical endurance and eligibility tests based on information provided in the online application.
- Detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority.
- Candidates found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.
- All candidates must be free from any physical disability.
- Candidates may apply only for vacancies within their domicile region.
- If no suitable candidate is available in a region, vacancies may be filled from another region.
- Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
- Candidates holding Matric Third Division are not eligible.
- Physical measurements including height and chest will be conducted by ETEA.
- Passing marks in the screening test will be at least 40%.
- Candidates scoring below 40% will be considered failed.
- Aggregate marks will be calculated according to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Initial Recruitment Rules 2026.
- Transgender applicants must submit a certificate issued by the Social Welfare Department.
- Minority candidates must provide a valid Minority Certificate from the competent authority.
- Upper age relaxation will be granted according to Provincial Government rules.
- Eligibility will be determined as of the closing date of the advertisement.
- Three to five shortlisted candidates per vacancy will be called for interview, except where eligible candidates are fewer than three.
- Candidates must fulfill all requirements before the closing date.
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
- Applications containing fake documents or false information will be rejected at any stage.
- The decision of the Departmental Selection Committee shall be final.
