How to Apply

Follow these structured steps carefully to complete your application process online via ETEA:

Visit the ETEA Website: Open your browser and go to www.etea.edu.pk to apply for the desired post online.
Profile & Verification: All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing the fee for any post, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk). Applications cannot be submitted without this verification.
Generate Deposit Slip: After successful online submission, a prescribed online deposit slip (containing token number, project code, and candidate’s personal information) will be generated.
Pay the Test Fee: Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) via the Easypaisa app or at any UBL Branch.
Keep Proof of Payment: Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) bearing the bank’s/vendor’s required stamp safely with you; do not share it with anyone else.
No Physical Documents Needed Yet: Do not submit or mail documents/testimonials to the ETEA office at this stage. Only candidates who qualify the screening test will be required to submit copies of testimonials/documents later for scrutiny.
Timeline: The online application form is available from 15th July, 2026. The last date for submission of the online application is 31st July, 2026.
Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from the ETEA website. Ensure you do not mention ported/converted mobile networks. Test date, time, and venue details will be clearly mentioned on the slip. No separate call letters will be sent via postal mail or courier.

Terms & Conditions

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided from Serial Nos. 1 to 14. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any aspect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the appointing authority.
All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing the fee for any post, such candidates will have to print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
Interview call letters shall be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of the applications.
Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government sectors should apply through the proper channel.
Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
Special Instruction for BPS-03 to BPS-04 Posts: From Serial Nos. 15 to 19, candidates should apply directly to the Office of the Provincial Health Services Academy, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar (instead of applying online through ETEA).
Experience means experience gained in a regular, full-time, paid job after attaining the required qualifications and must be relevant to the advertisement positions.
